Product Description
PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy) resin, like FEP, belongs to a class of melt-processible fluoroplastics. PFA tubing is also known for its gas and vapor permeability properties and excellent UV transmission ratings. It is similar in composition to FEP but has better heat resistance and a smoother surface. It, too, is clearer and more flexible than PTFE.

| 2.Fluoropolymer Tubing can be steam or chemically sterilized in-line with any industrial cleaner, solvent, or sterilizing method. |
| 3.PTFE's translucent white color will vary naturally from lot to lot, however, the quality and physical properties do not change. FEP & PFA are clearer and can be heat sealed and heat bonded. |
| 4.Permanent color striping, etching, and longer-than-listed lengths are available through minimum order. Polyethylene- jacketed, thin-wall fluoropolymer tubing, for low-cost purity, is also available through minimum order - call for details. |

The polytetrafluoroethylene board is made of suspension polymerization polytetrafluoroethylene resin molding process. It has good chemical resistance in known plastics and does not age. It has a better friction coefficient in known solid materials and can be used from -180º C to +260º C under no load.
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is mainly used as electrical insulation materials and linings in contact with corrosive media, supporting sliding blocks, track seals and lubricating materials. It is widely used as anticorrosive lining materials for chemical industry, medicine, dyestuff containers, storage tanks, reaction tower reactors and large pipelines. Heavy industries such as aviation and military; Machinery, construction, traffic bridge sliders, rail; Anti-stick materials for printing and dyeing, light industry and textile industry.
The rod with a diameter of 1-5mm is made of polytetrafluoroethylene resin by extrusion processing with paste, and the rod with a diameter of 6-200mm is made of suspended polytetrafluoroethylene resin by plunger processing. Rods with a diameter of more than 200mm are made by moulding.
PTFE bar coating has a wide range of applications, it can be used in medical equipment, printing, papermaking, fiber industry, chemical industry, food industry, household appliances, plastic, rubber industry, electronics, automobile industry, etc.
Chemical: PTFE rod can be used as anticorrosive material, and can be used to manufacture all kinds of anticorrosive parts, such as pipes, valves, pumps and fittings joints. In terms of chemical equipment, the linings and coatings of reactors, distillation columns and anticorrosive equipment can be made.
Mechanical: Self-lubricating bearings, piston rings, oil seals and sealing rings, etc. Self-lubricity can reduce wear and heat of parts and reduce power consumption.
