The PTFE elastic belt is made of pure polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion resin, which is stretched by laminating and high temperature. It has low friction coefficient, chemical corrosion resistance and good sealing. It can be used at -250ºC~+280ºC. It is used for the sealing of reactors, steam generators and various special-shaped mouth pots and barrels. This kind of PTFE sealing tape retains the excellent chemical resistance of PTFE, and at the same time has flexibility, compression strength, excellent creep resistance, cold flow characteristics, and high tensile strength.
PTFE tape is a very novel and peculiar sealing material manufactured by a unique processing technology. It is a continuous ribbon-shaped white pure PTFE product, which has good flexibility, compression resilience, creep resistance, high and low temperature resistance and excellent corrosion resistance, non-aging, and self-lubricating. .
