Product Description
PTFE skived sheet is made of PTFE resin after high temperature evaporation and then precision turning. It has excellent high and low temperature resistance and can be used for a long time in the temperature range of -180ºC to 260ºC.At the same time, PTFE skived sheets also have excellent corrosion resistance and can resist the erosion of almost all strong acids, strong alkalis, strong oxidants and other chemical substances.In addition, PTFE skived sheets have an extremely low friction coefficient, the lowest among known solid materials, and are therefore widely used in applications such as mechanical seals and bearing bushings.

- Width and length: Standard sizes are usually 1000/1200/1500/1600/1800/2000/2100/2200/2300/2400/2500/2600/2700mm, but other sizes can be customized on request.

The rod with a diameter of 1-5mm is made of polytetrafluoroethylene resin by extrusion processing with paste, and the rod with a diameter of 6-200mm is made of suspended polytetrafluoroethylene resin by plunger processing. Rods with a diameter of more than 200mm are made by moulding.
