The modified PTFE tube products are made of poly PTFE resin by moulding processing.The suspension polymerized polyPTFE resin is mixed with various fillers to form a filled polyPTFE resin.A variety of fillers suitable for mixing with PTFE include glass fiber, carbon fiber, tin bronze and lubricants (such as graphite, molybdenum disulfide) and have been widely used in large-scale production.Compared with pure polyPTFE, packed polyPTFE has the advantages of higher compression strength, better wear resistance, better thermal conductivity and less thermal expansion.
Characteristics of modified tetrafluorofluorocarbon tube: excellent compressibility, restorability and tightness.
