The modified tetrafluoroethylene tube products are made of polytetrafluoroethylene resin by moulding processing.The suspension polymerized polytetrafluoroethylene resin is mixed with various fillers to form a filled polytetrafluoroethylene resin.A variety of fillers suitable for mixing with PTFE include glass fiber, carbon fiber, tin bronze and lubricants (such as graphite, molybdenum disulfide) and have been widely used in large-scale production.Compared with pure polytetrafluoroethylene, packed polytetrafluoroethylene has the advantages of higher compression strength, better wear resistance, better thermal conductivity and less thermal expansion.
Characteristics of modified tetrafluorofluorocarbon tube: excellent compressibility, restorability and tightness.
