The production process of PTFE rods

1. Raw material preparation: Select suspension or dispersion type PTFE resin, and if necessary, mix additives (such as adding solvent gasoline for paste extrusion) 
2. Forming: Form the initial shape through mold pressing (molding), extruder pushing (extrusion), or natural combination without mold (no pressing) 
3. Sintering: Melt and combine the resin particles at a high temperature of 360-380℃ to ensure the product's density 
4. Cooling and post-treatment: Rapidly cool and shape the product. Some products may require cutting, grinding, etc. for fine processing
