PTFE skived sheet is produced by sintering high-quality PTFE resin at constant high temperature, then undergoing precision skiving and surface finishing. It has excellent resistance to extreme temperatures, enabling stable long-term use in the range of -195ºC to 260ºC. In addition, PTFE skived sheets feature outstanding corrosion resistance, which can withstand the erosion of almost all strong acids, strong alkalis, oxidants and other corrosive chemicals. Moreover, they have an ultra-low friction coefficient, ranking among the lowest of all solid materials, thus being widely applied in mechanical sealing, sliding parts, bearing linings and other industrial scenarios.
